I have the same thought with the snowplows

The twins' snowploughs look rather odd. Does it really cover their noses like that yet you can't see the rest of it under the snow? How are they attached, and if the twins had to breathe via their nose and mouth, how would they? Not only that, would the plows leave a mark on the bridge of the twins' noses?

at least donald and douglas were always black in the tv series and they look better black to

i do not think so .their snow ploughs cover thier noses .i didnt know they stayed there for a short year. funny how neither thomas nor toby is in this. they would have made very good characters .

I think that is James. They often made mistakes in the coloring and illustration of the engines.

some say the engine was 98462 that the controller was going to talk to but its unlikely.

hes really an engine who was the same class as edward and happen to be there at the time

Interesting how Edward seems to have broken his journey and rushed back to the shed at the same speed as Percy. Surely that picture would be more accurate with James in it...

i looked on the web and it said that the other blue engine in the shed was not edward or a mistaken james it was an engine of edwards class who happened to be there.
