I think you're being a bit harsh cuz of too much dick ridin going on in youtube.

Cico has style in his powers, he does em at lightning speeds. I think the way he drills 1990s and 2000s with ease and when he elbow airtracks(on his elbows not forearms like many other powerheads) while wrapping his arms around his head would make some1 say "that's a cico move".
