And please help me, I’ve installed fumefx for 3ds max 2010, but I couldn’t activate it. When I generate request code it’ll say serials are in the clip board, I really don’t understand that . Can you please tell me where it is . or if you can please give me the serials for fumefx 1.2b . that’ll be really really helpful for me.
The only thing that I can think of, is to uncheck the 'Affect Alpha' box in the material settings. I don't see anything unusual, but then again, this is not the method I use myself.
He dude i need ure help because when im rendering my fumefx test the effect is like ''cut'' . someone tell me is because of the matt/shadow of the floor and its true i tested it. Here you can see zoneterreur[.]com/fumefx.jpg How did you use the matt/shadow with the fumefx ? :P:P
That's odd, the matte/shadow shouldn't cause anything like that. Did you use the matte/shadow material, or the Vray matte/shadow settings (like I did)?
I would like to see a screenshot of your material or Vray properties settings for the ground, and a screenshot of the object properties of the ground. (Right-Click->Object properties with the ground plane selected.)

How did you make that background so good looking?
I know how to change the background to white, but it never looks like that. Please tell me
PereraProductions 3 years ago
Hi. I'm using a white background, and a ground plane with a matte/shadow material (no textures, it just receives light and shadows).
