You over charge the Plasma Pistol and shoot it at someone which instantly kills their shield then you switch to the BR and shot them once in the head.

Why is it called a crouch-jump?

The crouch jump was from CS when you tap crouch then jump and hold crouch to jump higher.

It should be called jump-crouch in halo if im correct, as you jump then crouch, I never have to crouch before my jumps to reach high places.
