However, this was a very nice clip XD Well done. Spirit and Thowra are similiar in many ways, aren't they? Lolz though, Silver Brumby came before Stallion of the Cimmarron. XD
FOR ALLTHOSE IDIOTS WHO AREN'T FAMILIAR WITH AUSTRALIAN TERMINOLGY:
Thowra is a palomino, described as having a mane and tail like ice and a body like cream. He is not a roan, as I have seen some fools trying to say. Roans of all types were mentioned in tthe books freely, Thowra was never called one. There was also mentioned "Creamy with dark points" for several of Thowra's offspring, notably Jillamatong. That would a buckskin for those not in Australia. A wild horse here is called a brumby.
Due to the poetic license of the word ‘silver’ used to describe Thowra and his offspring it has misled some fans into believing that they are a pale grey or white, despite the fact they are described as ‘cream‘ just as often. The reason why he is known as 'The Silver Brumby' is that during winter Thowra's coat becomes paler, and takes on an almost silver sheen.
The horse in the film is a palomino , it states in the books he is called the silver brumbie because of his mane shines in the light - looking a silver colour! Their is no such colour of horse as silver , closest is grey! x
@iijanineii Their is a horse color called Silver! It is acturally called a Silver Dapple or Chocolate and refers to a gene which acts on a black or black based coat color like bay, buckskin, grullo, etc. Found most commonly in Rocky Mountain and Kentucky Mountain horses but also occurs in Quarter Horses, Gypsy Vanners, Welsch Ponies, Morgans, Missouri Fox Trotters, Tennessee Walking Horses, Saddlebred, Minatures, Paint, and Noriker.
it would be cool if spirit and thowra were brothers i mean there mother is the same colour isnt she? and theyre both pretty much king of horses or there pride or whatever they call it? lol that would be AWSOME!

I think that it's only called The Silver Stallion in the States. Everywhere else it's The Silver Brumby.
