Do not underestimate the Batman, though. You may have Megatron as an ally, but Batman is not bound by the competance guidlines of Saturday Morning Cartoon characters like the GI Joes are!

You seem to be misinformed about GI Joe. The comic version of them is different beast all together than the cartoon version. Take Snake Eyes for example whos hand to combat skills are on par with the bat if not better and is highly skilled in all ninja based weapons and firearms. Unlike the bat Snake Eyes has no problem with killing people. I don't underestimate bats but it appears he underestimates both myself and the power of Cobra and I don't think he is the only one.
