You know widespread panic started with two guys with guitars yous could easily go on to be like them... this is such a tight jam you guys are both sick...
Hey there Nick! Thanks for the kind words about green light. We have several originals kicking around the hopper, but just don't pull them out too often. I appreciate your support. If you happen to listen to our cover of Scarlet Begonias you will hear us tease the intro to this song towards the end of the jam. Thanks so much for your support!! Stay well and stay tuned!! Hugh - Handmade Groove
i had to repost but because as i was listening you guys broke it down again around 5:15 and i got the goose-bumps..plus the surprise at the end was a nice touch....see you on tour!
Thanks so much for the kind words about this song. I wrote it under quite dire circumstance, and I am glad you got it!! She was the light of my life. I do hope we see you on tour!! And anyone would be lucky to have Dave as a guitar teacher!
No vintage here - 016NY, 1975 retopped and braced to the 1960 specs. I am hunting for an old 00018 though and trying not to bite on the reissue... What's your 1917?
Thanks for the kind words about Green Light Meteor. We appreciate it!!
Not even sure, but the serial no. says it was made in 1917. It is in real rough shape. I found it at the bottome of a pile of junk in some guy's yard. He was having a garage sale.
Awesome stuff...BUT..."Malachitic sparkle tail"...Wow! Isn't there a writing contest that awards the goofiest opening line to a novel...I think it should be "Malachitic sparkle tail"
you two are writing epic songs. beautiful! i especially liked hugh casually wrapping his invisible long hair on his right ear at the very end, that was great.
Thanks brothers for the wonderful ode to a jewel. The current crystal clear Sonoran Winter night sky is accentuated with Mars in the East, as the Hunter chases the Bull followed faithfully by his Dog. One can imagine a shooting star streaking through the universe...j'ai guru deva...Om.
Awesome song guys! The end gave me major chills and brought tears to my eyes because the girl appearing reminded me of my wife who passed away in March. She was a Deadhead who would have loved this song! Happy New Year guys and thanks for this special gift.

Great song and performance! Is that a vintage Martin on the right? I've got one very similar, from 1917.

I tried to send the pics to your e-mail contact on your site, but it came back undeliverable due to inactivity or something like that.

Wow. Very impressive. I wondered what Steve Carell did on his day off.
