  • if you can walk away then you are laughin

  • if that was my car and someone said abit of tcut will sort that im afraid his face print would be on the car lol

  • poor bugeye

  • Haha

  • devastation that shouldent of tried to correct it haha

  • total AMATURE misstake!

  • It's all fair and well saying " oh most of you do it on the street bla bla bla" well I worked in a garage by a acooby specialist and everbody that went there turned up flat out and left flat out.. The guy in the clip was showing off and it went tits up. End of.

  • It pisses me off seeing people laughing at the car on the video or comments.

He was at the track, he was doing the slide quite good, it is bad fucking luck that the weight shifted like that.

Most of you morons can only try to do this shit on your hondas on the fucking street with innocent people driving around.

  • dont drive cars you cant handle

  • Fair play Tony there are some twats around!

Read the previous posts by the man he wasnt trying to impress anyone it was a genuine mistake!

  • Thanks

  • Holy crap, someone has seen too much fast and furious. Thats an idiot move to pull on a real road course. You out others in danger with that move.

  • No never seen fast an furious or Played a PS3,

This was driver error, end off, i am an amatuer enthusiast and NOT a professional (who never make mistakes).

This is a driver improvement day to learn how to control, or not your £33,000 motor OFF the public highway. Unlike the majority of Keyboard jockies and nobhead thats KILL inicent road users.

Look at my VIDEO off all the laps, you will see that I never endangered

  • The famous quarry corner, unlucky m8. Your'e not the first and wont be the last to bin it on that turn. In the other video some of the lines looked good and the car control was good. But a deceiving turn, apex tightens again when you think your clipping it. Classic power off snap oversteer. The car oversteers early in the turn and you held it well in a nice powerslide, then the bottle goes and you lift off. Now the rear goes light and snaps to the opposite lock your holding to control the slide.

  • Thankyou :D at last someone who knows exactly what he's talking about :D It is still MY mistake and will always be ;)

    Tony

  • looks like quarry has moved then as this looks very much like camp corner to me. lol

  • I Stand corrected, Thanks Samdrago. I have driven Combe, I should know.

  • Typical 4x4 corection fault.

When you are sideways, full throttle and less steering.

  • :( lol

  • Comment removed

  • Just for your info, I'm 54yr old and whats a PS3!!!!

From that Intuitive comment " learn to drive you gimp" of course I instantly reconsized it either came from either a 40yr old MSA holder or Mr schaumacher.

So better to learn on the public roads rather than a safe envirolment

So 22years and never made a misjudement on the Track, never been off the Black stuff, your a GOD

  • well said, chocso68 - grow up!

  • 54 years old , jump in your coffin son you dont have a clue

  • At least i can get in the coffin knowing I've done more than FAKED it all my life :D I never said i was a driving gog @@ your looking at "the" accident lap when my tyres had gone OFF and judging my whole ability on that.@@ look at my other videos you can view all 4 laps at this event. @@

YES completely driver error but only had minor offs and this one in 10 years. Much better to do the real thing for 10 years than play "GT3" or what ever .

  • wasnt me who was going on about the playstation mate , your getting old ,RETIRE?

  • Man that blows. Yea, I've seen the other video. The first 3 weren't bad. Were you able to salvage any of the car or did you have to total it?

  • Unlike you, I wasn't born with a Steering Wheel in my hands ;)

Keyboard Jockey what the F@@@ do you think i was doing on a Driver improvement Trackday!!!! I was learning to drive in a Totally safe place unlike the majority of Boy racer morons that do this on the Public roads and hit other Cars. killing innocent motorist.

  • What the hell did you counter steer so much for. You totally could have held that.

  • My Inexperience of this level of oversteer, I was visiting a place i'd not been before ;( I had for 3 years confident in my ability to control the Car.

see all 4 laps, still my error ;)

    TYPE "SUBARU CRASH JAPFEST"

    Tony

  • ouch, at least it's not totaled. you could have been this idiot: v=PNsrcxkyBJA

  • honestly its not that bad

  • antilock brake fail

  • This isn't your vid Turbobungle. You may get into trouble.

  • Roids

  • 1. Learn not to over-correct.

    2. THEN try drifting.

    (The order is important here.)

  • i would 100% agree with you ;) "IF" I was trying to "Drift" the car but sorry I was NOT trying to "Drift" it. I have stated this on every post YES 100% driver error and NO i wsa not drifting my car.

To explain, i was trying to increase the entry & exit speeds I was using a little flick on very corner to counter the Subaru natural trait of Understeer. which had been was quite successfull.

A combination of tyres getting too hot and too fast in ( poor judgement on my part)

    Tony

  • isn't flicking the same thing... you're just making the car oversteer, and then counter-steering, so that you don't understeer... this is called drifting. but like I said, at least your car isn't totaled like that other guy's.

  • fucking capri/sierra, yeah nice bet you've got a basin haircut with a nice leather jacket and white sunglasses, 80's tat!!

  • typical untalented gimp in a scoob overcompensating too much opposite lock and getting thrown off into the wall. CLASSIC. learn the hard way crap scoob person. scoobs.. the new tampon

  • Fucking idiot! could've got away with it if he didn't overcorrect like a bellend.

  • Like you......hignsight is a wonderful TOOL ;)

IF is such a small word

Try reading PATFITZ783 post and you may get an understanding why peeps don't drift AWD scoobs and as i have explained. I wasn't drifting it just misjudged the corner and was from then on learning on the hop ;)

  • shudnt push so hard shud u l0l bit of t cut lol

  • T5NYW, I think you were unlucky and misfortunate,i was able to drift my Rwd car no probs in the Caribean, and always catch and correct it,but a 4wd car is different,i could drift a basic 4wd 130bhp impreza, on gravel but couldnt with the rallycar wrx as the front wheels hook up very suddenly and when you are not use to it,it spins before u have time to dial of the lock. Its all experience and every1 prangs a car.

  • Man if he hadn't overcorrected that would have been a superb drift

  • yer!

  • FPSML

Nice one thats made my day :D

    Tony

  • this was a a reply to Neilbobett post saying he was in the Gray Car ;)

    FPSML

Nice one thats made my day :D

    Tony

  • good lad. i would have too. i suppose you know how to drive it unlike that asspipe in the blue tampon.

  • I guess they should put a larger wing on to help create more downforce..

  • idiot.

  • haha, don't be angry!

  • not angry spunk trumpet.

  • So basically, it corrected the direction of the slide too much?

  • fukin geek...ugly car ur leat

  • Gives it a bit of character.

  • what a tit, keep the power on u numpty! itl correct itself..... pussy.

  • that's an older impreza.

  • chicken lift and lack of talent= fucked up scoob

  • Sorry to see you crash Tony, is a lovely car and I hope its back to spec now :-) Looked beautiful up until the snap-back!! :D

  • poor little ugly car

  • tony if ya kept the power on the scoob would have done the work for ya an got ya out ov the shit!unluck mate!glad yez are ok tho man

  • i fort that ..if he dint over correct it shudda gripped wiv the 4wd ....just must ov felt like a hugh power slide lol

  • they do grip hence why if your trying to drift em just power into it no opisite lock unless you realy need it cause 4wd under stear easly and if you slid out in a 4dw easyest way to gain cotrol again is to counter stear and power on

  • yep thats wat i do in my subaru wrx sti lol...4wheel drive is mint but if ur goin round a corner wi no speed it spins art or understerrs...POWERRRRRRRRRRR as claskson wud say lol

  • fuckin retard

  • unlucky bud! thats 1 of the main probs with sliding the awd takes a bit different style to avoid the snap back!

  • Tony, it was a cracking drift until it snapped. You didn't hold on to it too long at all. If you'd kept your foot in and the steering the same it wouldn't have bit back at all.

  • Yes that was me driving see my username and Car reg,

Yes I frooze and left opposite lock on to long.

Yes Insurance paid up £10K for repairs

    No aurguments driver error

No I wssn't trying to drift it, just dailing out understeer

No one was hurt my mates wife was PX still friends

I practice on the Track and not on the Hi-ways.

MY 3 full laps prior to the Crash SEARCH FOR

    STi SUBARU CRASH ALL LAPS

    Tony

  • dam you had the undersear nailed on your second lap on your vid (or at least it looks like you did have)

  • it'll polish out!!!

    lol

  • it could be a perfect drift though

  • ahhaha! stupid act. well done nice damage.

  • Ha, Terrible driver! He caught it, the turned back into it. Loser!

  • At least he tried. Posting comments like "loser" makes me think you are the loser. Or maybe you are Michaela Schumacher?

He posted his own crash on pistonheads and expained it as driver inexperience/error. That does not make him a loser in my book.

Maybe someone like yourself who is obviously such a very talented driver would be better at offering advice instead?

  • Michaela Schumacher is she any good?

You are right 'Loser' is unnecessary. He caught the slide beautifully for which I congratulate him; however he hung on to it far to long - causing the fish tail.

IMO if you can afford and brand new Impreza WRX you can afford an ARDS test, or even some driver training!

Ps. He posted the video on You Tube pal, he may have linked it to piston heads.

  • right on !

  • so sad...

  • lmfao!!!
