  • man flashin bios on a gigabyte board is so much easier mch runs hot on it vrms also but easy fix unlike on gigabyte boardswitch use shity pushpins

  • @asus3571 I didnt think it was too bad, but yea Gigabytes pretty easy I should have some new vids with a i7 970 system and UD7 mobo within a week or so!

  • @Skunk2K20 sweet good luck with the ud7 although im a big gigabyte fan the ud7 didnt fare to well in a lot of reviews yougonna be watercooling the ud7??

  • I did exactly this..i put that file on the cd and it just booted straight into windows..no flash..=( did i need to also burn awdflash or whatever?

  • @Mehecanogeesir did you change boot priority to your dvd drive?

  • @Skunk2K20

yeah..well i changed it to CD DRIVE..right? and loaded defaults.

  • @Mehecanogeesir Hmm sounds like you did everything right I would try re burning the ISO maybe something got messed up during the burn...

  • @Skunk2K20 lol..i tried..4 times..wasted 4 DVDs already..and definitely regret it..i guess ill be forced to buy a flash drive larger than 2GB and do that method :\ rite? i mean i dont see what could possibly be the problem..

  • @Mehecanogeesir that sucks! But basically any flash drive will work just fine the file is like 2mb

  • u got the evga ftw 3 right? what kind northbridge temps are you getting i did a build for my dad and when booted up in bios says 48c witch is hot in itself when i touch the n/b heatsink it isnt even warm telling me its not getting good contact to the n/b chip basically was wondering if it was hard to remove the stock one to replace tim thanks

  • @asus3571 mine sits around 40-50 as well depending on what im doing but I installed a fan on it to cool it. its really easy to replace the thermal past I think I have an older video of me doing it on the original EVGA X58 3-way SLI mobo.

  • @Skunk2K20 thanks bro what size fan is for that heatsink 60mm???

  • @asus3571 I used a 60 but its too big.It takes a 40mm

  • Excellent ,thanks for the video

  • Your A/V is out of sync
