What you have to do, is go in the lobby, they don't have to have their suit, and make sure they are in the same district and playground as you, or cog ground, and then just go in, while he/she waits outside, and go to where it says "You need more merits" or so. Or it could say "This elevator is full". Have them teleport to you while that message is up. There you go.
