im sure everyone knows this but you can get the at-400 WITHOUT A MOD.

just go to the las venturas airport and go to the large hanger.it will open up and the plane should be there.if it's not,drive a far distance away and come back and it will be there.keep repeating that if you need to.although honestly,the plane kind of sucks.it's so large that it's hard to pilot.i've never actually been able to land one.

Uhm, that's the AT400, not the Andromada. The Andromada can only be gotten through a certain spawn cheat program that lets you spawn any car or vehicle in the game. You can get the mod in the website he posted above. Its not a virus or anything, its a really famous mod website for GTA, any GTA... Search it on google if you want.
