ya ALIABDULLAHSALEH there is other problems, the north is a tribe/ gang ruled people (with all respects) but the south is way much more civilized.. there is a big difference between the people of Sanaa and Aden or mukalla

I really want to visit al-Mahrah !

I went to Yemen last month, only visited Aden and Sana'a. The road from Aen to Mukalla was copletely closed to tourists.

I hpe it will be open when I visit there again after 3 monhs

As you might have noticed, the local's accent reveals that Arabic is not his mother tongue but rather South Semitic Mahari, which is related to Arabic of course, but is closest to the Ancient languages of Ancient South Arabia, namely Himyaritic & Sabaean. Which was spread throughout South Arabia, the horn of africa & greater east africa as well as North Africa, all part of ancient history or the so called first migration out of Yemen during pre-arabic times.

the Mahri people left to Africa 100s of years ago, they ruled parts of the horn of africa under the sultans of Al Afara and they settled the Arab country of Camaro Island (they called it Camaro because of the area they came out from Camaro Mts in south Al mahra)beside other lands like Oman Saudi and the other gulf countires
