@Mohit5466 you should put about 40lbs not including the curling bar if you're trying to get more ripped and about 60lbs for more mass. I do a little more on barbells, but thats about the weight I normally use doing 21's.

@speedomike747 I have the same exact problem bro. It is actually the primary reason that my biceps lag behind while my triceps expand like crazy. During this summer I have started using hand grips, gripmasters, and wrist warm-ups in order to prepare the entire wrist/forearm region to not wear out before my biceps get a chance to fail.
Just look up some wrist warm-ups on youtube. There are a variety of them. Just do them before lifting. Do a few big sets with hand grips a couple times a week.

Weight lifting does NOT stunt your growth at all. You should not start though until a little while after you hit puberty. If you start before puberty your muscles will just get toned and not bigger.

Well at the beginning when you start lifting, you will gain muscle FAST. This is because your muscles are confused and not used to this. After a while your muscles will get used to your workout and will grow very slowly. So, in this case you want to switch up your routine to add more muscle.
