hi, u could put video using the given software only. The software will convert it into its own format before uploading to the player. Common formats r not supported natively
ummm all u need to do is use emodio have an mp3 format dont conver it to svi transfer it stright in then it will say u have to convert do so and it should go right in

the only thing that is kinda annoying is that you need to convert videos in svi and the 1.8 inch screen that is kinda little
