Yes they do, and I would think they would be more lenient on the older ones, but it doesn't seem to be that way, I honestly think that all the copyright people should thank youtube, it's like free advertising for them, I'm sure that a lot of people ( myself included ) have found several old songs on here, that they had been long forgotten, and went and bought the CD.

If they only put a " download at Itunes " button on those videos, I would think " great ", but that's not usually the case lol

She's my favorite too, unfortuanetly youtube has very strict copyrights on most of her music, and it's hard to find any of her songs that it will let you upload, it blocked out one as old as Honkey Tonk Girl and Whispering sea lol, it's funny how they aren't as strict with her more recent stuff lol
