@yanababy0592 hey, no its not, lol i thought that at first too but no its not. Try it out, youll love it. And for your other question for edge control, its safe, but it left a white residue on my hair. I only use qp elasta glaze now on my edges. hth

I LOVE LOVE the one and only argan oil masks, I havent tried the shampoo and conditioner yet but i cant wait to try them. I got the hydrating mask and reconstructing mask and OMG!!!! I love them, how did the mask work for you?

So do you wash your hair a total of 3 times away. You shampoo once a week and you wash it with conditioner 3 times a week? ...Also why is conditioning better than shampooing, help! ?

your hair is really beautiful!!! i was jus wondering what hair type is your hair? my hair is 4a/b/c one of those and its very coarse absorbs moisture very quick and gets dry fast but i have just started trying to grow it back you did great on growing your hair by the way!!!

@jascoop817 hi! im 3c/4a , thank you..it took some work but with the help of KISS (link on front page) has helped me get to where im at...if youre not a member- join its free. Moisturize and seal to lock in the moisture and also try cowashing too. =)

Ok I just subbed. but could you please explain how to put all of this into a weekly schedule? It seems like I will be doing my hair everyday, lol. I'm a super busy mom of twins and I have my own business. I dread washing my hair because it takes so long and I have to wait til kids are sleep. I want to start taking better care of my hair but I need a schedule for real. Mon co wash tues moist/seal wed shampoo thurs clarify. lol

Excellent regimen!

I alternate my conditioners (protein and moisturizing) too. I find that switching ip is best for my hair and its less likely to get mushy from protein overload - NOT a good look (I watched some videos about it).

I moisturized my ends with the HE Long-Term Relationship Leave-In last night. I love it! Thanks again :)
