This is correct - although very often you'll find results show that faster or slower is better for you. Most full swings are way too fast. But let's face it guys - any cheap metronome will do - I bought some recently (I'm a guitar and bass teacher) for £9 each. They work fine whether you like a triple beat or a 4 to the bar (and you'll get a whole lot more on a music metronome.) But don't knock the idea AND I guess you'll get golf specific instructions with this one.
i've bought two, no wait this is something different. love the eyeline company. to build a putting trainer to support the eyeline product totally, build a putting trainer. epoxy a couple slats on a putter so it doesn't rotate in relation to the plane that a putter shaft can be on when it is in the address position. let the braces be on that plane as well, and let the unit pan left and right on a couple bars that are paralell with the target line. If hands are ahead at impact mount closed :)
