@RessurectingTheDead maybe a scene borrowed from "The Passion of the Christ" ? movie released in 2004 Budget: $30,000,000 Director: Mel Gibson Writers: Benedict Fitzgerald (screenplay), Mel Gibson (screenplay)
The movie doesn't begin with credits, but only with a verse from the Bible: "He was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities; by His wounds we are healed."
Isaiah 53; 700 B.C.
Jesus: Forgive them, Father. They know not what they do.
religious people killed Jesus. I don't care if you atheists and "science minded people" argue against religion. You can't take from me my relationship with Jesus Christ. I am a condemned sinner who has been saved by His blood. I still sin, but in His salvation I am cleansed. Plus there's plenty of science to prove what I believe, so don't play that card. I don't need the science, the science merely speaks to the glory of my Father who created it.
@gor5kibrohuck well my friend to be honest I love science, because it's completely unbiased. be sure that you don't mistaken the term Atheist with Scientist. we are all Scientists. I have Great friends who are scientists who are Christians who have helped me quite a bit apologetically

5 What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, even as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. 6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth. 7 So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth. 8 Now he who plants and he who waters are one; but each will receive his own [b]reward according to his own labor. 9 For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s [c]field, God’s building.
1 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual men, but as to men of flesh, as to infants in Christ. 2 I gave you milk to drink, not solid food; for you were not yet able to receive it. Indeed, even now you are not yet able, 3 for you are still fleshly. For since there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not fleshly, and are you not walking [a]like mere men? 4 For when one says, “I am of Paul,” and another, “I am of Apollos,” are you not mere men?
This is an amazing song that we should not take lightly. When we take communion, we are partaking of the bread and the wine in REMEMBERANCE of our Lord Jesus Christ and the sacrifice He made for OUR sins!!!!!!! Do this in rememberance of Me, does that sound familiar!! Thank you Lord for the sacrifice you made for us who were born into sin......
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism It is speaking in terms of spiritually not physically. It is a thing Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples about before He was crucified. He gave His body and His blood as a sacrific for us so we could be saved. If you would read the bible you could find this out for yourself. Then it wouldn't sound so horrible to you. It is a wonderful thing that He did for us so we could be reconsiled to God. John 3:16. It had to happen in order to save humans because of their sin.
@marcieanderson I've read the Bible cover to cover. Why do Christians always assume that people who don't believe in their myths haven't read about their myths? The reason that I don't believe is BECAUSE I'VE READ THEM.
I'd hate to break your heart... But pretending to eat human flesh and drink human blood, for ANY reason, is CREEPY, and disgusting.
Just imagine a witch living nextdoor to you, who pretends to eat human flesh & drink human blood. Do you agree that would be creepy?
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism It is not a real thing that is done it is symbolic. Can I ask you how old are you? Do you go to church? Is there anybody you talk to about this? They are not myths it is belief by our faith and that we have had an encounter with God. I am saved by accepting what God says in His word. I trust Him fully. The bread and the wine represent the body and the blood. We do not eat human flesh and drink human blood. I guess you are missing the point.
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism I am sorry you stopped believing. It was the best thing you let go of. I will pray for you. I wish you the very best God has for you. Blessings, Marcie
@marcieanderson I am sorry that you believe in a false God =( and won't accept the real God into your heart. I will pray for you too, and wish you the very best that Krishna has for you. But you can't make it into heaven believing evil that contradicts the Word of Lord Krishna =(
@marcieanderson You don't believe that the talking snake & talking donkey incidents in the Bible are myths?
You don't believe that the virgin birth is a myth?
What about Matthew 27:52-56, when all of the graves in Israel opened up, and the dead walked the Earth to go and meet with their friends and family? You don't believe that is a Myth? Seems like zombies walking the Earth was bit of a common thing back then.
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism I believe it all. For me it is not a myth. I am at peace with my choices and I will not argue with you about any of it. You are where you want to be and I am where I want to be. Nothing more to say.
Matthew 15:4 & Mark 7:9-13 - Jesus states to kill children who curse their parents
Do you believe all of this too?
For you it's not a Myth. For Greeks, their Religion was not a Myth.
Have you ever met a talking snake? Did you know that it's impossible for snakes to talk? What makes you believe a Bronze age story that contradicts reality? Would you use a bronze age medical journal? I hope not =)
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism I am not struggling to understand any of it. I accept it because it came from the Word of God. God is creator and I don't talk back or object. It is His will not mine. It is by faith that I believe and trust God completely. Since I have taken the time to get to know Him through the bible I am at peace with what is written in it. Why do you listen to this music and visit the sights if this is all hogwash to you? Change chanels. I don't want to argue w/u!!! Let it go. Please
@marcieanderso "Why do you listen to this music and visit the sights if this is all hogwash?"
Wow. Do you seriously think like that?
Do you not enjoy FICTIONAL books and movies?
"Change channels."
WWJD!!!!! Jesus definitely wouldn't say, or want any Christian to act like that! -Mark 16:15, Matthew 28:19,20
How do you know that the Bible is the Word of God? Do you have evidence, or do you just believe it just like the Muslims believe the Quran, or like the Greeks believed in Zeus
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism HAHAHA! You my friend are a classic case of picking a verse or two out of context. If you read the whole passage (Matthew and Mark are both telling the same story from their perspective) you'd see that Jesus QUOTED Mosaic law, which stated that disrespectful children were to be stoned, as were unfaithful spouses and many other sins. Jesus Himself stated that He came to fulfill the law, so the punishment of death was taken by Him and He defeated death. Cont...
If you don't believe, fine, but don't pretend to know what God's word means. Of course you will see it as crazy nonsense. "The message of the cross is foolishness to all who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." and "The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them because the are spiritually discerned." Believe as you will, but don't feign wisdom you don't have.

Believe as you will, but don't feign wisdom you don't have.
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism Again, I don't expect you to understand. I am in no way trying to convince you to believe as I do. That's a waste of both of our time, and that's not logical. I know it's hard to believe that God and logic can coexist for a lot of people, but I argue that God advocates logic and reason. But the answer to your question is that, as Romans tells us, ALL of us have sinned against God and deserve death. So... in the context of a perfect righteous God and imperfect humanity.
@ParaguayLeon I wouldn't say that it's hard to believe that God and Logic can coexist... That could be true, but it would depend on what kind of God that you believe in. Take these Gods for example, they can coexist with Logic: The Deist's God, & the Sun.
I'm saying that the God, created by bronze age cattle herdsmen, that you believe exists, contradicts logic. Example: How can we call Gravity a law if God can break it... If God can break it, then it wouldn't be a law...
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism And how can God be omnipotent if He can't create an object so great He can't move it? The problem here is that this type of logic is derived from a different faith. Since God is eternal, infinite, and we are finite, we think in the finite world. Is it more logical to say that the same science which CONSTANTLY changes, that once claimed a flat earth as the center of the universe, is right about EVERYTHING, or that a deity that exists OUTSIDE the laws we are governed by is?
My logic tells me there are TONS of things science can't even begin to explain. When one looks at science from an atheistic bias, one believes the evidence points to the impossibility of a God. Or, this person has FAITH in science itself, and in the lack of a deity. When one looks at it from a Christian bias, one sees it as pointing to God's creation. The evidence is neutral, the interpretation is biased. So for me, it is more logical to believe that God is mysterious than that He doesn't exist.
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism Yes of course. I'm sorry for assuming you were more mature than those who make insults instead of staying on subject. I have no interest in exchanging personal attacks, I don't even know you. So yes, I'm volunteering in south america because I'm a hateful evil person who wants people to be tortured after death, not because I love people and want to see them saved from the death I believe they are running headfirst into (not what God is driving them to).
And one last thing, if you're so loving why do you spend so much time arguing and insulting Christians on Christian videos? It seems to me like a lot of atheists are more passionate about fighting Christians than a lot of Christians are about following Christ, not to mention a lot more passionate than they are about just living and letting live, or religious freedom, or any of the so called reasons for atheism.
Further to my earlier post, read & Heb. 10v1-14 (especially v14) where it speaks of Christ's single, once for all sacrifice; there is no more need for repeated sacrifices.
It's kinda like a wake for a deceased relative; we don't dig him up and bury him every time - once was enough. We simply remember him at each 'wake'. The same is true of the bread and wine - the body & blood are no longer necessary, only our remembrance of the sacrifice Jesus made for us. See Luke 22v19 & 1Cor 11v24
Actually, the Body & Blood reference is to the atonement of sacrificed animals in the Old Testament for the remission of sin. Read Ex. 11V4-7 in conjunction with Ex. 12v3-14 (especially v 13& 14). They speak of the sign of the blood of the animal to God to 'Pass Over' their houses in His judgement. The body of the animal was actually eaten by command of God, yet the blood wasn't consumed; it was painted on their doors as a sign of the their faith that God would spare them from His judgement
I love this song! Amazing video! I remember when I first watched the Passion of the Christ, I wanted to stand up and scream "stop hitting Him!", It was a hard movie to watch, but it was amazing at the same time. I love God. He died for me, I choose to live for Him.
What part of "This IS My body" dont we get? That doesnt sound like any symbolizing to me.... The bread that He gives at communion is His TRUE body and TRUE flesh...NOT a symbol...
This is an AMAZING!!!! SONG!!!! me and my whole family love this song BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD!!!!! If you like this check out "Here I Am To Worship"
Now flip that around and imagine standing before him after mocking him and what he did for you and hearing "depart from me, I never knew you". The difference is eternal, and not a wager to be taken lightly.

Best song.. so true.. makes me cry when i hear it.. i saw this video first at an easter service at my church, i was bawling crying... some times its hard to believe.. but this just makes it seem so lifelike and real.. its a powerful song, and a powerful video to go along with it.. amazing..
Mark chptr 8:1-9 says it well. he lifted up the 5 loaves of bread and 5 pieces of fish and gave thanks and when he did there was enough to feed 5 thousand men...
The Bible says this he did not grasp being God he though was God humbled himself in human form even to die on a Cross..
Just by this video you posted, you have helped change someone's life, or just brightened up their day to be reminded of how much god loves us, how he sent his own son to die for us on the cross for our sins! God bless you my friend! Keep on spreading the word of the lord!
Well, just remember that one special thing Jesus did for us and our sins. Just think of it, if Jesus hadn't died on the cross for us, we wouldn't have the forgiveness that we have now. Since he died for us, we get to go heaven (if you are saved). I think that everyone should think about that everyday. When you get up in the morning, during the day, and at night.
This music video is absolutely amazing. It's just as powerful as the movie itself was. This was my first time hearing Third Day, and I have to say their music is great! The creator of this video did a great job putting the two together like this!
How can we get the whole picture of how important such an act as what he went through that WE can give back by remembering his BLOOD and HIS BODY went through. WOW powerful message through this movie and video.
@AceofDimonds0 dude its a symbol of the price that God paid for us so we might choose him and the bread is not flesh and wine or grape juice is not blood its so we dont forget the sacrifice its purely a symbol otherwise we would be killing jesus over and over again every time we had communion its a symbol God bless you man
@shadabundi Go read John 6:22 very carefully and then come tell me he was speaking symbolically... If He was... he wouldnt have taken a peice of bread and said "This IS my body" unless he meant it... its all about your faith... but u must choose not to be like the disciples who walked away after he said this...
Why does it matter if one of you believes in transubstantiation (literal drink to blood, bread to body) and the other doesn't? Why quibble over details? Read 1 Corinthians 3 and 1 Corinthians 8:9-13; follow the convictions that God has placed on your heart, but don't argue with and thus hinder fellow believers about something that doesn't matter in comparison to the grace of Jesus' Gift to us.
@PBizzle09 It matters big time! Since Catholics believe the bread is actually and literally the body of Christ - they worship it! If the bread is merely symbolic than Catholics are committing idolatry. That is simply unacceptable and must be addressed.
@HiDefJesus Hi, I myself am Catholic and I just wanted to address you comment. Catholics do believe that the bread and wine are the Body and Blood of our savior Jesus Christ. But because we believe that it is no longer simply bread and wine and that it is NOT just symbolic, we are then not worshiping bread and wine. We are worshiping Christ psychically present with us! :) To me that is something SO special!
I watched the movie The Passion of Christ, and cried 95% of the way through it. This video, I was crying in under 30 seconds. To know that Jesus, such an amazing loving person, went through such torment for us, breaks my heart to look at the way the world is turning. Thank you to who posted this. Thank goodness, JESUS LIVES !!!!
listen to you all!! This is a great song. If you believe that Christ died for your sins, THAT'S IT! The rest (religion) isn't worth arguing about. You guys need to read the book of Romans.
You poor misguided soul. He does not sound like, nor is he trying to sound like Darius Rucker. Judgment is an ugly thing, and me calling you a poor misguided soul was an observation, not a judgment, just so you know. God Bless you Joe
@relliklaires....its sad that you dont have Him in your life. I'll pray tonight that you one day will seek Him. Without Him, we are nothing, with Him, we shall live for eternity in heaven with Him. My dad is in a coma, and God has kept me and my family strong and has held us close. We'd be lost without God, and in much worse condition. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!
@daveyray5 Well said. I was saddened by his remark also. But well said. I wish everyone would respond like such. I do not know you, but will pray for your family. And I agree Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

@breezyful1 ud be a fool to say that. yes the romans did crucify him in person. but it is all of us who really nailed jesus to the cross, our sin nailed him to the cross. and why do u hate them, if jesus hadnt died for us, wed all be in hell
@breezyful1 yes ur rite its VERY MESSED UP and guess what, its our fault, all of us, because of our sin, but the beautiful thing is that christ is alive and he did this to demonstrate his love for us and to save us, "For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." he took all our sin and it died with him on the cross. when he hung on that cross he was the symbol of sin, and when he died, so did sin
@breezyful1 Its very messed up, incrediby messed up, but u know what caused that to happen? mine and ur sin. if we werent in sin it wuldnt hav happened, but it did so we culd be saved.
i'm so glad they killed that fucker.... if someone came here today and said they're the son of god, I would pound the first nail through him into his cross.
The jews were right to kill a liar, now if they could only shake their fairy tale.

An alter of doom, towers above the light. Behold the eclipse, pitiful sheep shall soon ignite. Satan's flames will burn the weak. Master of the shadows, you are afraid. He reveals the knowledge you've tried to hide. Satan ascends through the sky as the landscape fades. The battle rages for the church of the frail. Prayers of fools fall into darkness. Victorious again, he shatters thy cross. The defeated and idle are cast into the sea. Perched upon a new throne, our dark immortal.
This song is so sad. Jesus was beat and hung on the cross feeling ever pain, suffering and hurt that each of us ever will. That takes a strong man. God bless
Omgosh, this video made me cry. He REALLY died for us!! Wow, what love He has shown?! No one can ever love us as much as He does!!! Praise Jesus, Hallelujah!!!!
This video brings me to tears. We can recognize how much Jesus went through and we know how hard it was. We all talk about it and are thankful, but when it REALLY clicks that through it all, Jesus wasn't thinking "Why me?" and he didn't tap, but instead he was thinking about how much me loves ME, and YOU, and everyone around us. I mean, imagine him saying your name through every beating and all through his time on the cross. How selfless and wonderful is our Savior. Hallelujah! <333
Amazing how different you feel when you go to the communion rail on a Sunday morning after coming to the reality of what happened. Thanks for posting this.
Yes, many people suffered by crucifixion in the ancient Roman era. Many people suffered from having boiling oil repeatedly pored over them, from burning at the stack, or from other forms of torture until death. Some people are still being stoned to death in some countries. Humans are still a very barbaric species. We probably will be for some time to come. Some may see suffering as a good reason to believe in a god; I find a cold indifferent world a good reason to believe there are no gods!
Your "Church" is certainly "man-made" but did not Jesus say to Simon: You are Peter the Rock and upon this Rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it..." And did not Paul call the Church the Pillar and Foundation of Truth? And did not St. Ignatius of Antioch on his way to martyrdom in 107 AD write: "Where Christ is there is the Catholic Church"? And who decided what went into the New Testament and when did they do it? Just some questions ti think about!
Peter (Petros) mean's "rock". Jesus was referring to his faith, that He'd build the foundation of His church upon that. The church refers to every believer in the body of Christ. Catholics have tried to twist scripture to make it look like they have the only true church. Nowhere in the Bible does it tell of Peter or Paul going out and starting up any "Catholic" churches. Most of Peter's work was in Judah... how many Catholic churches are in Israel? That whole claim by the Catholics is a crock.
Your comment must be based on a complete ignorance of the life and practices of the Apostolic and Early Church. Indeed EVERY Church founded by Saints Peter and Paul are Catholic Churches. The largest Christian Church in Israel/ Palestine today is my Church. The Melkite Greek Catholic Church. I personally know many Greek Catholics in Israel/Palestine, who can trace their families Christianity to the time of the Apostles. Having survived centuries of Islamic and now Israeli discrimination!
@breyman913 Just because your church evolved into catholic denominations doesn't mean that's the way they started out. In fact, you may want to look at what Jesus said to the early churches in Revelation. He wasn't too pleased with the direction some of them were heading back then. I'm pretty certain that Peter and Paul would be horrified to see how your church has made statues of them and elevated them to a status they didn't ever want. Acts 10:24-26 and Acts 14:12-14 pretty much show that.
I would suggest that you look into who discerned what books went into the New Testament before you make any more spurious comments on the Church founded by Jesus Christ, the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, to use a statement from the ancient Nicene Creed. If you make an honest review of the historical realities you will not find any "Evangelical Protestant" denominations in existance, because they are not from the Apostles.
@breyman913 Yeah, yeah, yeah. I've heard it all before. ONLY the Catholics got it right. Uh huh. Your church has such a stellar record of holiness over the centuries.
The trouble is, YOU have to add your own books to the Bible and ignore most of what the accepted Bible says about (man's) organized religion to make your case.
What part of the Bible tells us where the papacy was established? Where does it tell us to pray to Mary - or any other saints for that matter? Where's purgatory in it?
Heavily Redacted, You must be heavily sedated! You did NOT follow my suggestion. Nevertheless, I will try to relieve you of your ignorance. The Eastern Orthodox and Catholic Churches accept the Septuigent for the Old Testament. This is because it was the Holy Scriptures known at the time of Christ, and used by the Apostles. When the Pharisees ripped 10 of the Old Testament Books out, the Apostolic Church rejected that editing. So you are using a truncated BIBLE not the Orthodox and Catholics.
Additionally it was the Bishops of the Catholic Church that determined what became the New Testament Canon. This took place at Church Councils at the end of the 4th and beginning of the 5th centuries. That is historical fact, held by all reasonable historians both religious and secular. To assert otherwise is simply a fairy tale. The Catholic Church, from the time of the Apostles has been made up of saints, sinners, and sinners becoming saints. From St. Peter, the first Pope, St. Paul to today.
I'm not going to get into a twisted history contest with you, but I will grant you this - the Catholics definitely tried to control Christianity well into the middle ages. Thanks a lot.
I wonder how many lost souls your church is responsible for? Thank God for Martin Luther!
breyman913 is delusional brother. Martin Luther traveled to the core of the Roman Catholic church and found there to be prostitution between "members & "priests" and they had to pay them to pray for their needs, families, etc.. The corruption and false witness was unbelievable, and yes when you take from and/or add to the Bible (KJV), you are in the false and not in the will of God. If he did enough research, he'd no better than what he says. I am Pentecostal, and I approved this message. Thanks
Papacy- is like the prime minister in the old testement. In daniel there is a setup where the prime minister is given the keys, and then Jesus does the same to the Rock giving him authority over the kingdom.
I also ask if you ever have friends or family pray for you? Why ask for their intercession? This is all we do of the saints, nothing more. Is there anything crazy about that. Truth be told, I an not certain why others praying for us helps, but I do believe it.
@camiolma Daniel was in captivity in Babylon, and that was a political appointment by Nebuchadnezzar. Any government or official "religious" (he was prime minister of a pagan empire) hierarchy set up there is NOT a good example to be basing your doctrine around. When Nebuchadnezzar finally "came to himself" in 4:34, who did he speak to in order to be restored? Certainly NOT Daniel.
And having living people pray for us is totally different than asking dead people to pray or intercede for us. The dead don't hear our prayers, the Bible doesn't say anywhere that they do. The only dead person to respond to the request of a live person was Samuel, and that's only because God sent him to prophesy to Saul (about his impending demise). Not exactly a good example for us to aspire to.
Also following this logic, we ask Mary, the Queen of Heaven and Earth to ask her son, The King for help. Just as in the Old Kingdom of Jerusalem the Queen was actually the Mother of the king (not the new concept of queen.
The queen was traditionally asked by the people to ask the king to do a certain task. A great example in the NT is at the Wedding at Cana. This is where the bible also tells us about Marys sinless life. He calls her "woman', making reference to her being the new Eve.
@camiolma The only place any queen of heaven was mentioned in the Bible is in Jeremiah, and again - it was in a negative way. She was a pagan god, and the Hebrews were punished for worshiping her. Nowhere does the Bible say that Mary lived a sinless life, or that we should "go through her" to reach God. And regarding Jesus calling her "woman". That was a cultural term used by the Jews at the time when showing respect to any woman, like our culture used to use the word Ma'am.
I made a mistake with the Daniel reference, it is from Isaiah 22. As for making the assumption that the dead do not hear our prayers...where does it state that in the bible? I can use your logic and where you make a negative inference I can make a positive. Moreover, where in the bible does it say only use the bible for spiritual/doctrinal decisions? I am not aware of that.

@wyildflowr You can call it whatever you want...
But pretending to eat human flesh, and drink human bloody is not only creepy, but it's scary as hell to think that people actually do that.
GodsFaithIsVoyeurism 5 months ago
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism It is speaking in terms of spiritually not physically. It is a thing Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples about before He was crucified. He gave His body and His blood as a sacrific for us so we could be saved. If you would read the bible you could find this out for yourself. Then it wouldn't sound so horrible to you. It is a wonderful thing that He did for us so we could be reconsiled to God. John 3:16. It had to happen in order to save humans because of their sin.
marcieanderson 5 months ago
@marcieanderson I've read the Bible cover to cover. Why do Christians always assume that people who don't believe in their myths haven't read about their myths? The reason that I don't believe is BECAUSE I'VE READ THEM.
I'd hate to break your heart... But pretending to eat human flesh and drink human blood, for ANY reason, is CREEPY, and disgusting.
Just imagine a witch living nextdoor to you, who pretends to eat human flesh & drink human blood. Do you agree that would be creepy?
GodsFaithIsVoyeurism 5 months ago
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism It is not a real thing that is done it is symbolic. Can I ask you how old are you? Do you go to church? Is there anybody you talk to about this? They are not myths it is belief by our faith and that we have had an encounter with God. I am saved by accepting what God says in His word. I trust Him fully. The bread and the wine represent the body and the blood. We do not eat human flesh and drink human blood. I guess you are missing the point.
marcieanderson 5 months ago
@marcieanderson I didn't say that you eat human flesh.. I said, "pretending to eat human flesh, and drink human blood is creepy."
Can you answer my question: Do you think it is creepy for a witch to pretend to eat human flesh, and drink human blood?
If Yes: Then you should be able to understand.

@marcieanderson I actually feel the exact opposite. I'm glad that I read the bible, and stopped believing. I feel so much better about myself.
1. I no longer put Ideology ahead of my family. My family is #1 now.. Not Gods.
2. I no longer have hateful believes towards people of other religions, non-religions, other races, or sexual orientations.
3. I no longer feel enthused about dying.
4. I believe in things that are real now.
5. No more talking to myself/Imaginary friends.

Seems like zombies walking the Earth was bit of a common thing back then.
lol
Are you a fundamentalist?
GodsFaithIsVoyeurism 5 months ago
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism I believe it all. For me it is not a myth. I am at peace with my choices and I will not argue with you about any of it. You are where you want to be and I am where I want to be. Nothing more to say.

@marcieanderson "I believe it all"
Leviticus 20:13 Kill Homosexuals.

Let it go. Please

"The message of the cross is foolishness to all who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." and "The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them because the are spiritually discerned." @ParaguayLeon Which context makes stoning your children to death perfectly fine?
GodsFaithIsVoyeurism 4 months ago
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism Again, I don't expect you to understand. I am in no way trying to convince you to believe as I do. That's a waste of both of our time, and that's not logical. I know it's hard to believe that God and logic can coexist for a lot of people, but I argue that God advocates logic and reason. But the answer to your question is that, as Romans tells us, ALL of us have sinned against God and deserve death. So... in the context of a perfect righteous God and imperfect humanity.
ParaguayLeon 4 months ago
@ParaguayLeon I wouldn't say that it's hard to believe that God and Logic can coexist... That could be true, but it would depend on what kind of God that you believe in. Take these Gods for example, they can coexist with Logic: The Deist's God, & the Sun.
I'm saying that the God, created by bronze age cattle herdsmen, that you believe exists, contradicts logic. Example: How can we call Gravity a law if God can break it... If God can break it, then it wouldn't be a law...
GodsFaithIsVoyeurism 3 months ago
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism And how can God be omnipotent if He can't create an object so great He can't move it? The problem here is that this type of logic is derived from a different faith. Since God is eternal, infinite, and we are finite, we think in the finite world. Is it more logical to say that the same science which CONSTANTLY changes, that once claimed a flat earth as the center of the universe, is right about EVERYTHING, or that a deity that exists OUTSIDE the laws we are governed by is?
ParaguayLeon 3 months ago
My logic tells me there are TONS of things science can't even begin to explain. When one looks at science from an atheistic bias, one believes the evidence points to the impossibility of a God. Or, this person has FAITH in science itself, and in the lack of a deity. When one looks at it from a Christian bias, one sees it as pointing to God's creation. The evidence is neutral, the interpretation is biased. So for me, it is more logical to believe that God is mysterious than that He doesn't exist.
ParaguayLeon 3 months ago
@ParaguayLeon I guess I will never understand like you do, since you believe that people deserve to die and be tortured after death.
As an Atheist, I don't believe that anyone deserves to be killed or turtured...
Wait.. Who are the loving ones??? o.O Run that by me again.......?
GodsFaithIsVoyeurism 3 months ago
@GodsFaithIsVoyeurism Yes of course. I'm sorry for assuming you were more mature than those who make insults instead of staying on subject. I have no interest in exchanging personal attacks, I don't even know you. So yes, I'm volunteering in south america because I'm a hateful evil person who wants people to be tortured after death, not because I love people and want to see them saved from the death I believe they are running headfirst into (not what God is driving them to).
ParaguayLeon 2 months ago
And one last thing, if you're so loving why do you spend so much time arguing and insulting Christians on Christian videos? It seems to me like a lot of atheists are more passionate about fighting Christians than a lot of Christians are about following Christ, not to mention a lot more passionate than they are about just living and letting live, or religious freedom, or any of the so called reasons for atheism.

lindacrowton137 9 months ago
Further to my earlier post, read & Heb. 10v1-14 (especially v14) where it speaks of Christ's single, once for all sacrifice; there is no more need for repeated sacrifices.
It's kinda like a wake for a deceased relative; we don't dig him up and bury him every time - once was enough. We simply remember him at each 'wake'. The same is true of the bread and wine - the body & blood are no longer necessary, only our remembrance of the sacrifice Jesus made for us. See Luke 22v19 & 1Cor 11v24
1phillipcurtis 9 months ago

@AceofDimonds0 dude its a symbol of the price that God paid for us so we might choose him and the bread is not flesh and wine or grape juice is not blood its so we dont forget the sacrifice its purely a symbol otherwise we would be killing jesus over and over again every time we had communion its a symbol God bless you man
shadabundi 1 year ago
@shadabundi Go read John 6:22 very carefully and then come tell me he was speaking symbolically... If He was... he wouldnt have taken a peice of bread and said "This IS my body" unless he meant it... its all about your faith... but u must choose not to be like the disciples who walked away after he said this...
psetto727 10 months ago
@psetto727
PBizzle09 9 months ago 9
@PBizzle09 It matters big time! Since Catholics believe the bread is actually and literally the body of Christ - they worship it! If the bread is merely symbolic than Catholics are committing idolatry. That is simply unacceptable and must be addressed.
HiDefJesus 4 months ago
@HiDefJesus Hi, I myself am Catholic and I just wanted to address you comment. Catholics do believe that the bread and wine are the Body and Blood of our savior Jesus Christ. But because we believe that it is no longer simply bread and wine and that it is NOT just symbolic, we are then not worshiping bread and wine. We are worshiping Christ psychically present with us! :) To me that is something SO special!

JohnHasSeriousQ 2 years ago
that was religion not Jesus Christ namely the roman catholic church
christ is totally different to the church we know 2day
there are 2 main categories of gods in this world the true one and the false one they both want your heart and soul
te devil seeks to cause confusion of what the truth is
salvation is found in a person that person is Christ not the church most churches are man made 2day.

You didn't answer my questions. I'll refresh your memory and add a couple more, while you're at it:
Where does the BIble tell us to pray to Mary? And don't try to use books that only the Catholics accept.
Where does the Bible indicate that Mary remained a virgin?
Where does the Bible establish "a man (the pope) between us and God?
Where does the the Bible tell us to confess our sins to an official of the church, rather than to God?
Do you EVER pray directly to Jesus?

breyman913 is delusional brother.

@camiolma

He calls her "woman', making reference to her being the new Eve.
camiolma 1 year ago
