Grace is an wonderful, beautiful, and overall amazing girl. We went to the same school, even though I am in the high school, and she is very much missed here in our small town in nc. This made me cry. Rest in peace Grace ♥
My daughter Hope died of DIPG on March 10th, 2008, we had the blessing of meeting the McGraths in North Carolina 2 weeks ago. Hope and Grace are together taking care of their parents and big brothers. We miss you so much girls!

@HeavensSweetHearts Grace unfortunately lost a battle with a very rare form of cancer, that effects children ages 7-9.
