How is that trans on hwy crusing with the stall speed converter? Never used a stall converter, use stock converter in my police car-Caprice.

Hey what do i have to do in order to get Lt1 engine in a 1996 Gmc safari...do I have to do something to the moter mounts?

All you need is the motor mounts. You can get em on ebay.

I just used some for the s 10 swap but i couldnt get em perfect so i bolted one side down with a log chain lmao. I have a 2300 stall too but I cant get mine to idle. I really cant put my finger on why either. It might be the cam. What does yours run in an eighth or a quarter.

im a ford fan and i think this is one bad ass van good job man and it takes a lot to here that from me when it comes to a chevy will the 4.3 chevy s10/blazer 2wd v8 swap kit work on the astro

Thanks for the compliments. Im a Chevy guy at heart but I got respect for all things fast (Fords included) as far as I know the blazer kit is pretty much the same.

Is that a difficult swap? I have a '94 LT1 out of a caprice and a TH400 trans that I's like to put in an Astro or S-10.

Not difficult at all. All you need is the motor mounts.
