CO2 becomes a pollutant when it accumulates to high levels. There is a threshold in which too much CO2 will weaken the ozone (O3) allowing more ultraviolet radiation to pound the earth. Temperate deciduous biomes will not show "warming" as much as it WILL show more extreme weather changes during the seasons, ie more snow storms/snow fall. Why are insurance companies worried?
