They eventually caught the driver one year later after people in his neighborhood gave cops a tip. He was this twenty something year old puerto rican guy with a revoked driver license. @shanklejr I live in Vancouver Canada and im guessing this video was taken either in Vancouver or California, ive seen a couple people get hit by cars and nobody doing anything but not as severe as this i know its hard to belive but this actually happens, usually the person lies on the ground for 5 minutes and THEN people go to check them out. and im pretty sure most traffic cameras are black n white and since this was technicly a hit and run they probably tried to identify the person
