Love your pedals. Would be cool to actually see you play. Any videos of you playing? Sounds like hybrid picking, power chords, etc. Always liked your playing, would love to be able to copy it. Found a Plexidrive in Australia and snapped it up. Fantastic! :-)
Terrific!! This really brings back good memories for me as I used to do something similar at my Moms and burn the carpets and the sofas 25 years ago!!
(No op-amps in those days.)
Now I want to get back into this and burn my own carpets /sofas!!
For some reason, I have a sudden urge to use straight bread board circuits for effects. That would be interesting. And in the middle of a show, you could move a couple wires (imagine a camera closeup on your hands) and... yeah.
I'm one to talk. I've been playing guitar for 8 months.
That was great man! Can you help me how to get Tonny Iommy's metal sound. Just to get that mean distortion sound not any FX. If you can give me any advice i greatly appreciate it man. Great vid.
Hey Brian,I really dig the cranked Marshall type tones that were coming from that pedal...it even made your Tele sound super fat.Btw,your playing sounds killer,as usual.
i've bought all your mods and i appreciate the time and effort you put into it. what would be cool is if pedals came with design criteria printed on the bottom of the pedal like: single coil or buckers, and type of amp or type of tubes auditioned.
Man ,make an ABC box!

Anyone know where I can get a good variety of component parts to experiment with?

I want a one that has tons of gain!!! Like a mesa with the lows up to the max and the highs up to the max. Kill the mids. i like the pantara sound.

Did you say seven JFETs? Sounds expensive.
Liked one of the tones earlier bit more crunchy, but it's just an overdrive so crunch obviously isn't the prime concern.
