look dafaernir they do ahve those weapons but they are secondary fire the grenade launcher bit can be done on the rovcket aluncher there is a spider mine deployer in some maps but i havent seen ion painter.the lightning gun is like the link guns secondary fire.they do still exist. :D

Well in essence what they did was take the original 99 weapons and make them all next-gen-y lol. There ARE a few tweaks to weapon balance now which is a HUGE step up compared to the 99 weapons...but overall yes these are pretty much the same weapons you saw in the first UT (UT99)

The flak cannon is already like a shotgun, but 10 times cooler and effective. That's my favorite gun. As for a pistol, fuck it. A "simple" pistol is, well, "simply" not fast and effective enough for UT action-packed battle field mayhem. There are under guns that replaces and acts as a "simple pistol" in UT anyway, but like my boy jo0k said. Either you bring the pain with whatever's in your hand, or get the fuck out! LOL!
