  • That wasn't 56 reps, once you waited for over 5-10 seconds (and walked away) you started a new set... form isn't great and you were bouncing like crazy.

  • thats 1 because only the first one counted dahm i dont know why are you so stupid doing it wrong all ways try to do them properly and go from there for instance how many can you do properly in 6-7 minutes then go from there than burning your self and not getting the best results possible think about it your wasting some of the work your doing but other than that love the intensity

  • I like this type of cardio better than anything else.. it's such intense cardio.. I did 350 x 21 in 6-7 minutes today and my heart was beating like crazy.. keep it up man!!

  • incorperating this style of lifting into my routines is a must for me. the only thing i can suggest is alternating your over under grip. other then that your are fuckin brolic!! serious power and speed....

  • Yeah, it is. Not only do they let us weight train, they let us video it and post it to YouTube! Although everything must be reviewed first.

    It is a new program I volunteered for, it is supposed to keep us "ultra-violent" ones from smashing the guards heads every day, seem to be working.

  • I'm not sure about the max, somewhere around 600. I had a bad accident and my back was really messed up for a while so I haven't done any 1RM's since then.

    My weight fluctuates between 210 and 220, depending on how many cookies I ate that week.

  • I know I wasn't fully locking out, but when you do them real fast like that, if you fully lock out, it throws off your rhythm. Thanks for the comment.

  • Funny, on your bench press vid, you aren't locking out every rep, your not even close. So I take it you are only supposed to go all the way up on deads, but not bench.

    Since I don't know anything about weight training, and you seem to be an expert, maybe you should check the rest of my vids and critique them as well, thanks.
