Yes there are many ways to make a dog balloon. An easier and faster way too, however this video was made for children or adults to give them practice in the skill of twisting. Therefore I think a good basic technique before speed is essential. Thank you for your comment.

Yes there is a way where you don't need to pre-twist, some people find that way easier, I never liked the way they turned out. That's why I pre-twist the legs and ears. Thanks!

That will be my 15 years of practice! However it won't take that long to be good at making the dog balloon. Most people pick it up after a few goes. I love that smile when they get it! Have Fun!

Super, going to try that this evening. Do you use a certain brand of balloon for your creations? In the US we have Qualatex and Unique Brands and I'm sure others.

Yes I use Qualatex! Qualatex 260's for the basic one balloon animals and a mixture of 160's 260's and 350's for the more advanced models. Have found Qualatex to be the best!
