The results indicated that the structure was about 10,000 years old. Prior to that they had to fight just to get a permit to dig, which was met with great resistance as always. The people who have a problems with this discovery are those who worship skepticism as their chosen religion. These types will still be in denial even after they excavate the entire dig sight. The age of these structures bother the majority who think the world is only 6,000 yrs old.

@jwhitenstall I did a google search and there has been carbon dating applied to the site. Whether it was independently verified, I don't know. The results indicated that the structure was about 10,000 years old. This ties in with the suspected age of the Sphinx in Egypt and various other megalithic structures around the world including over 200 identified sunken ice age sea ports.

Archaeologists from all over the world have worked and still work on archaeological excavations. @Chikarishu Bronze is a alloy made up of primarily copper with tin as the main additive. The European Bronze age started in the Aegean in around 3200BC. it was earlier in the fertile cresent. I have personally excavated bronze age hoardes in England dating to at least 1500BC. that makes your 900BC idea ridiculous. not only was alloy metal in use by this time, it was widespread. People like you need to LEARN before you open your mouth... because your fucked up assumptions are wrong. end of.
