I live in Sweden, but I was in Japan for three weeks so I just picked up my copy at Melonbooks in Akihabara.

It wasn't really hard at all to find that cd. You can see all Touhou stuff I picked up in my latest video. I got over 40 cd's over there.

I think that Melonbooks actually accepts overseas shipment from their online store, so you could probably order the cd from there.

Although I've been trying to get my hands on this video in high quality, but I'm not sure if it's on the cd or not. I still haven't opened it.
