I just saw Tim tonight and he was using an EH frequency analyzer. That's how he gets that fresh ring mod sound. Also he uses an MXR octave, but yes the Boss OC-2 is the preferred pedal over the OC-3. Tim said the MXR is smoother. Haven't tried it but he knows his stuff.
i read he's using a moogerfooger 101 and the boss 0c3. I wonder, if these can produce that typical DnB-sound heard in the video. Then again there's laptop next to Tim, as far as i can see. :(

He would be using the OC-2, not the OC-3.
The OC-2 is the discontinued analog octaver and sounds way better than the cheesy OC-3 they sell now.
