How do u take ur music and apply it as a ring tone

I don't know what network you are with... usually these phones are branded by a carrier which locks out using your own music as ringtones. Usually the most efficient means of bypassing this is to download Sony Ericsson's DRM Packager (available on their website) and create a song with Digital Rights Management applied to it.

This song (with DRM) "should" work on the phone when placed in the appropriate folder.

I downloaded it and did eveything, but the song with DRM, wouldn't transfer to the phone~sigh~ i hate the carrier

@iloovemusic68 For my phone, the appropriate folder is labeled "music". It is the same folder where mp3s for the music player should go. Ringtunes modified with that DRM packager should be recognized as ring tones.

I agree, I hate when carriers do stuff like that. It's really frustrating.
