The sound post in glued into position. It is positioned the distance equal to the diameter of the sound post behind the bridge under the G string. Not at all how the pros do it but it works for me and I'll guarantee you it will never fall down and it sounds fine to me!

Headstock and neck are one piece. Since the neck is flat on top it's not difficult to make.
