I wanted to thank you for saying something about this kit a couple of months ago ..CWN show or another video you said it was on sale.. which is why I originally bought it .. and at first...... was going to use this as a parts truck for my Nexx10sc ..but had an extra servo and SCT combo just collecting dust so I did this same type project with these parts ... OFN40946 , OFN40936, SCT combo from castle. Just drilled holes out for the battery box is all you really have to do..

should have put a castle 3800kv 4-pole in their. Those 8th scale motors are to slow for a 12th scale.

@TheJackeyboy You can gear higher. Since the Pro4 Tekin has been released (as this was filmed very early in 2011) then I would have considered that motor for it.

No Castle for me, sorry, I have a horrible experience with them and a very high failure rate. Tekin, I have had zero issues with.

1st
