i am so so so so so proud of myself for quitting. it's been four days since i smoked my last cigarette. i feel great. people please stop telling yourself you cant't do it because it can be done. it took me several times to quit bit i knew i had the will power deep down inside. i quit cold turkey. no medications, no therapy. i just gave it all up. i have no cravings what so ever.

A guy at my job sounds like that. He smokes a ton. When you sit beside him, you can hear him breathe. I thought it was just because he's fat (all fat people breathe loudly) but maybe he has cancer O.o

If it were labeled for instance 10mg/ml, a junkie could dose him or herself with the appropriate dose. How come when a person reaches the age of 18 they are deemed ab;e to choose to join the army/navy and die for their government - but they are still not allowed make judgments for themselves?
