i had that with the revlon one too and stopped using it, the reason is it goes like is.. it dries really quickly so when you put more on or try to blend it, it goes darker in different areas, so you can't get it even at all!!

@vickyyendole oh and also those patchy bits what i had from that foundation too can make your skin look as if its dirty in certain areas.. it showed up on photos and then i looked closer in the mirror and noticed it did collect more on areas of the face i touched up on.

OMG i bought that ysl mascara after i saw your video and i have loved it since, but i have noticed now after about 2 tubes of it that it isnt giving the same effect. I was so mad! my little theory is that since lashes are like hair just the over use of any product your hairs get used to it. lol so now im on the look out for a new one to try im thinking about the dior show iconic, have you used that or heard anything about it? I commented about the mascara when I watched the first part, but now I have something else to add.

Since you're mixing the revlon and the sephora foundation , the revlon has sunscreen in it, so maybe its looking patchy because the sunscreen in the revlon makes a whitish cast in flash photography. i hope that helped :)

Maybe the formula in the YSL mascara is too wet, since it's new. Once it gets a little older it'll get a little drier and easier to work with :)

Just FYI, on the back of my tube of 8 hr cream it says it was created in 1930!! crazy. i use mine as an emergency hand cream or moisturiser as well, or a gloss for my eyes or lips if I'm going out and don't have time to go home and change my makeup!
