Billy Jean was a Malinois, but we only found that out after she went to doggies' heaven. Watch that tail: nothing is more important than keeping my teeth on what daddy was shaking! We, idiots, threw her toys to play catch and that was the end of the game! She came back and demanded that we tried to take it from her. If we didn't try she would cry. Should we succeed, it was the end of the world! She grew up to be very classy, but those early years demanded a lot of physical energy.

3month...12week.... is not the "period" for this kind of job for a puppy... first control, then the bite.....u'r puppy is 8week old? well teach him "first tihnk, then look at me... and if i tell you to bite... bite"...

genetics is right! my gsd pup at 10 weeks already wouldnt let go of toys when tugging with our adult gsd. he came from hard mouthed dogs and has been that way also from the jump.
