You're so brave! I wouldn't have the guts (literaly) to chew up vitamins. To avoid future sinus infections, you ought to invest in a neti pot or nose bidet. You could give a video demonstration on how it works! lol

Good idea!!! I use a Neti Pot now! I love it. Have been using it for the past year and love it. I also discovered colloidal silver. Do research on it. Silver is a natural antibiotic. My sinus infections last a month with sniffle and a bothersome cough even after antibiotics. With this it took it away in 1 1/2 weeks. This as after I got the infection. I'll be able to kill it next time before it actually turns into a full blown infection. Thanks for the idea. I'll do a neti pot video!

gah, it's the Omega-3 fish oil that breaks me. i'm not a really big fan of fish. and it's the fish-tasting burps that's the worst.

But i have a strong stomach lol. My friend tried to play a joke on me one time by giving me a cement mixer in a bar. Like literally everone in the bar was staring at me smiling i had no idea what was going on. so im like ok something is up. So i put it in my mouth and guess what i actually liked it lol. Everyone in the bar was like cheering me on im like ok......but i ordered another one lol. Its actually not bad.dunno why everyone makes a deal about it.
