Why would kids playing with them be scary? Kids are some of the best judges of if something supernatural is hostile or not. if they're not scared everything's safe.
I used to have premonitions up untill i was in my early thirtys, Night after night i would remember my dreams and each one would unfold, both good and bad depending how you look at it. Saw the invading of kuwait as if i was actually there. I saw Lady Di slumped in the car. Actually wrote to the News of the world paper after clearly seeing the time and date of a huge IRA Bomb. It went off. These and hundreds more i was given by someone on the other side, the spirit world.
My ghost story began when I drank too muck! lol I got lost in a small city that I lived in for 25 years... just drink an entire bottle of jagermeister and relive my experience, it sure beats the hell out of some of these shows.... not saying that all of them are bad, just a handful of them are whack

I've been to the Villisca and I met Darwin Lynn (owner), it felt VERY eerie and like you aren't alone, during the tour of the house, the tour guide who also lived next door the the axe murder house, they leave you alone in there and tell you to lock up when your done. It was just me and my mom and nothing really strange happened. Although we looked at the pictures we had taken and in one picture of me in the front yard it looks as if people are looking out the front window. It was REALLY cool...
i have an old lady living in my house. when im hanging out the washing, in the corner of my eye i see her standing at the french doors watching me. she moves things alot as well. we names her Margret and when she moves something and i have ripped the house apart looking for it all i have to say is.
"Margret, for god sake could you please give it back, im in a hurry" and then look in the last place i checked and sure enough they are always there...
I live in Ohio, went to the Moonville tunnel with my wife and my cousin and some others. It was pitch black out, and i turned off my flashlight and walked the entire tunnel in complete darkness. Also visited the cemetary right by the tunnel. Took many pictures, multiple orbs in every picture!
Why would the ghost of the murderer be in the Villisca house...? Also I've read up on this and this story matches an exact story in Ohio and the other story has more evidence to back up the story.

@ElleCM2 Try actually looking at the microfilm they have of the Newspapers from that time in Vilisca library. It's sucvh an old story that is the only way you are going to find any information on the murders.
