It's funny how you get so upset at people calling you bad. I mean you're pretty bad considering you used railshot like 3 times, every encounter in this vid was either a 2v1 or a 3v1

Some helpful tips for pyrotechs by Sybaris (server: Warriors of the Shadow). Railshot is the #1 heat reduction tool you have and should be used AS SOON as it procs, don't try to time it. Also, your target should always be on fire before you do anything else. Level 50's should have a talent point in the Arsenal tree used for reducing the heat cost of Powershot, and i recommend putting at least 2 points in reducing pushback for PS and Unload. Remember: Pyrotech's only weakness= other pyrotechs

i play pyro tech merc and im always top of the board in kills and dmg , i have ful champ gear though so makes alot diffrence :D my thermal detonator can crit almost 5k

I just respeced to Pyrotech the other night to try it out and found the same results. Less big numbers but more damage overall and much more mobile. Not going back to Tracermissle.

@faction60 was the bounty hunter worth leveling? I am a slow leveler and have got 4 characters up to level 15, and I think I like the bounty hunter the best, but I am worried that it gets worse and I don't really want to waste my time. (I like pvp at end game).

This is kind of off topic, but do you get the bounty Hunting Old West type of character that they promised? I know that the gunslinger, including his cow boy clothing, is more like the outlaw and the robber and stuff while the Bounty Hunter is the guy who gets paid to hunt and kill them, but does it feel Western?

I remember a quote on an interview saying that the Bounty Hunter was the bad guy that went into town guns blazing and won with nerves of steel, would you say you get that feeling?

@darffsodius Do some research and you'll find that the only difference is the skills, not the stats. All PvP in SWTOR BG's are done without any level brackets. Lowbies gets their stats pumped up and are just as effective as the level 50's.

@darffsodius please understand this, they throttle all ur stats to a certain lvl so that itll be balanced. i still assume that lower lvl dont have all their abilities but can still have a fair fight vs higher lvls because lvl doesnt mean anything.

@phead80 That pretty much doesn't happen at all, I use every gcd and it kind of shows considering I do over double everyone elses damage in this game. The only times I don't use every gcd is when Thermal Detonator (the top tier talent in Pyrotech) doesn't go off because it's bugged.

For those who dont know this beta has a small amount of players and not all of them like to pvp. So to counter that everybody who ques gets thier stats increased to match a lvl 50. Thats why level 16s and all the low levels can hold thier own, but they are still are at a disadvantage due to the lack of skills but the ones they do have are on par with lvl 50s.
