  • #15 beat both 4449 and 844! Whistle sounds way stronger than both engines most of the time too.

  • AWSOME!!!!!!!!!

  • Very Nice Catch.

  • i justed jizzed my pants!

  • that was mighty nice!

  • wn was this????

  • people, how about we just say that all steam locomoitves are beter then deisels ok? steam is teh best

  • It's like the locomotives are talking to each other, I love it!! XD

  • Awesome video! 5 stars and favorited!

  • The whistle on the #15 sounds just like the whistle on the 2472.

  • amen to that

  • 3 great locomotives! #15 has to be the best looking out of all of them!

  • well no offense but shes not relly i mean if u asked a lot of people they would say #4449 then #844 the #15 i understand everyone is entitled to there own opion but i think thats how it would go but what do i know

  • Yeah, I'm a sucker for those logging and shortline "lookies", 844 is good looking engine, 4449 looks good when they paint her black but all those bright colors, ugh. just not right for a steam locomotive, save it for the E-units IMOP.

  • #4449 is wayyyy better in daylight that was her original and #15 is cool but i would much rather prefer her at mount rainier were she was restored and resteamed

  • Triple salute

  • wow...

  • It's good to see three operational steam locomotives, in the same place, at once. Also, that was great whistling between the locomotives. You could almost say it was like they were talking to each other.

  • Great to see two of america's most popular steam locomotives working together.

  • Awesome!!!!!!!!

  • cool 3 steam locomotives at once

  • Loved how 4449 and 844 did Shave and a Haircut. But looks like 4449 messed up a bit.;) Anyway nice vid.

  • great mac thanks for posting this

  • That's awesome! I didn't realize the CCRA still had a live connection to the mainline. Just image if they had made this a triple header.

  • Thats how the BNSF local accesses the Cenex elevator off of main street, even though it is on Tacoma Rail Trackage.

  • @railfunny As incredibly amazing as that would be, I think the logging Mike would have trouble keeping up with the big 4-8-4s. It would be a sight to behold, though!

  • Amazing! Thanks a lot for posting this. 3 whistles going at once. Truley amazing.

  • Hey... The whistle off the steamer not in the double header I've been looking for. I wanted to find which engine had it from the PBL sound system...

  • I believe its an NP whistle.

  • Really? Because I love that whistle # 15. I want to hear it more..

  • Check out my videos, I have a few of it.

  • K. Thanks!

  • Wait thats not the one I'm lookin for. Oh well. Thanks anyway!

  • The whistle on CC #15 is a SP 6 chime.

  • I found the whistle I'm looking for... It's off one of the Georgetown loop railroad's engine. I want to say a shay, but I don't know for sure.

  • No... it's actually a Northern Pacific 5-chime off NP A-class 4-8-4 #2604.

  • Comment removed

  • An SP 6-chime is what I was looking for it turns out, 4449steam has a video of the steamer in Yacolt which has a SP 6 chime. Lucky for me, soundtraxx makes a Tsunami decoder for model trains with the 6 chime on it.
