im thinking about a garyfisher rig( single speed), where i live its almost always hills is it a waste to buy a singlespeed where its all hills and ther hard enough with gears?
Single-speed mountain bikes kick ass. I can use both multi and single speed bikes but I can't get over how shiok (fun) it is riding on a single-speed.

Nice! I have a Rig too, taking a while to get dialed in for technical east coast rocks and roots riding, but single speed is awesome! Want to add 1 or 2 teeth for short climbs after tight turns. Nice vid...want to go riding now...thanks for sharing
