How could you wish such ugliness on anyone? How would you feel if what you wrote in all caps happened to you?
Do you really believe at your core that God wishes for you to "hope" for atrocities to happen to anyone?
My deepest condolence goes out to all of you in Santa Barbara coping with this horrific fire. Putting the pieces back together after this immense loss is nothing less than daunting. So sorry.
I used to hike to the Tea House when I went to Westmont College.
I do hope that Jeff and Susan Bridge's home (used to be Kenny Loggin's home)is safe. Although sounds like their home is right in the middle of it all. The Bridges mansionis at the top of Cold Springs Road where is meets East Mountain Road (right above Westmont College).
Susan showed me all around the home and grounds when our girls went to Bishop together. Lovely family and gorgeous home.

time to build fireproof homes and be prepared so to never evacuate, NEVER.
AND WE NEED A REAL FIRE DEPARTMENT ,with 747 size water tankers and heavy water carrying helicopters and just put any fire out in hours

The Cold Springs Tavern is over San Marcos Pass from the fire. This fire is near Westmont College Campus. Cold Springs Tavern is fine (for now).

Tavern? We go up there from LA for lunch
alot. Also, my heart is very heavy for
those who have losses. We had to evacuate
a month ago because of the Sesnon fire,
Portor Ranch.
