The last referendum millions of people came out in support of Chavez, if you see the pictures it will speak for themselves. Millions? More like thousands of middle class reactionaries. If the elections were rigged it would have been AGAINST Chavez, considering it is all in the hands of the capitalists and the enemy of the revolution. The revolution has been going on for over ten years now, and the biggest fault of Chavez is that he STILL has not expropriated the capitalists. So though Chavez has made huge advancements for the poor in Venezuela if the Venezuelan masses don't nationalize the planned economy under workers control everything that has been gained from the revolution (and there have been alot of gains) will vanish with the counter-revolution.
