This is NOT a chick car. It's for anyone who prefers a sporty look, but doesn't want to sacrifice Nissan quality. The start/stop button and automatic climate control seem very convenient. The improvements are great for the coupe.
i was just thinking, it is amazing how fat engine tech has gone. The first vq only had 190 hp and got decent gas mileage and it came from a 3.0 the new vq is bigger more powerful and smoother and just better and it manages to return the same fuel economy. Quite extraodinary to me...
People in certain areas of the world pronounce Nissan differently. In America "Nee-son". In Britain and Australia "Nis-sin" (Nissin ironically is also a food company).
I hate it when people make sweeping generalizations about certain models just because they got the lemon by chance. Anyway, on top of what all he said, the Altima is known for being pretty reliable. I remember my dad's old Altima in St. Louis never gave us a bit of trouble in the six years we had it.
I can attest to that....the sunroof tends to somehow catch on the fabric and tears. My gf has one and the sunroof issue was fixed under warranty. They have hopefully fixed this for 08-09
I'm 6'7", I would feel sorry anyone having to sit rear passenger while I drive.
