and this is exactly why parkour is practiced while knowing your bodily limits, not starting to train for drops.. and repeat and repeat all the 'easy' moves first :), conditioning your body.
OUCH, damn. yeah landing is picky, have your feet to pointed and you get screwed, not pointed, youre screwed. godo job on being able to do a climp up :bigthumb: (haha get it?)
