  • Your response to that comment was very dignified. Obviously they were on your video for a reason... Sooo....It isn't like they stumbled upon your video. They were in the weight loss vlog videos because they are looking to lose weight or tone up in some way... And they were obviously looking on youtube for some kind of guidance or support, so they just felt like being a a-hole, and I wouldn't have responded so nicely.

    Cute dog! I'm looking for a puppy. Can't wait to get me a furbaby, =p.

  • Hey we're almost neighbors lol.. I'm stationed in San Diego right now but I live in Loveland Ohio.. only about 17 miles from Cinci! Ignore the haters, they don't deserve recognition or a response. If they aren't here to support you in your weight loss journey then why comment at all you know.. if they have a problem with people battling weight loss then why not get involved and help someone by encouraging or hey even walking with them.. Hate gets you nothing.

  • Way to go! That is so wonderful! Ounce by ounce! I work out when I can...I try to be realistic..what can I do for the rest of my life? I can walk,mow lawn, and grocery shop! My food item that I depend on......Prego chunky garden combo spaghetti sauce with parmesan cheese! I eat it like soup!! Takes the place of usually one meal a day!

I need to do some challenges myself. that's a great idea! qotd: I'm walking & we have an xbox kinect which is a blast! I love hummas. I make my own. I eat it w/ matchstick carrots as a snack. so how do you make your chicken? 

  • P.S. your doggy is so cute! I have a shitzu too, she's mixed with yorkie though. She just turned 2 on the 5th.

Thanks for answering my questions. :) You did say my nickname right! *hi 5* I don't work out on purpose right now, but I walk for about a total of 30 mins a day 5 days a week to get to and from work. As far as what is on my food plan, I'm really into beans right now, and butternut squash soup. Those are two of my faves. Keep up the good work!

  • For my workout I walk 2 miles a day and do pilates 4 days a week. As for food, my favorite "diet" snack is sugar snap peas. They're really tasty in sandwiches, salads or on their own and they have next to no calories.
