  • あなた批判しすぎ

  • eww. this on elooks too serious

  • @gnawaserge Yup, you are absolutely correct. This ramen is no bull... This is a full-bodied and very greasy (..because of the lard..) Miso ramen.... Definitely not for the faint of heart.

  • 鼻つまりすぎてたまに何いってるかわからない

  • コレ食べたけど、美味しかったですよ

  • what? 2.5...but that soup base looked quality! come on...

  • @winkiiV Looks don't mean quality.

  • @pyrix true but we do eat with our eyes!!

  • @winkiiV Uh no, we eat with our mouths ;p

  • Tonkotsu is ramen a ramen broth style that's made by cooking and setting a pork bone in water overnight to make a delicious broth. Not ground pork bones, I believe.

  • @FakiaKun224 You are spot-on. That guy (the first comment) was nuts. He didn't know what he was talking about. This review is not even a Tonkotsu ramen's review. It is a Miso ramen's review.

  • where does it say that it contains ground pig bones?

  • @splattergirly Are you referring to the white liquid seasoning at the end? Tontantin said it was Se-Abura or pork fat (or lard?); an indispensable ingredient for HARDCORE Hokkaido's style miso ramen, e.g., "Sumire" miso ramen.

People, correct me if I'm wrong.

  • no idea because the first poster mentioned tonkotsu which is ground pig bones I think...

  • niceee.

  • matowari

kinda low score for tonkotsu noodle, usually at least 3.0
