I know teddy meant it the other way. But, from what I see on this clip, the accomplishment of Tilahun is a wheelchair. Tilahun is beyond a man on wheelchair. The flag on the wheelchair is upside down too. I'm preety sure he could come up with another tastefull creative idea than parading a wheelchair pushed by a girl with a skank outfit (where is the Hager lebese, if this is a special event?). Most of us have positive attitude this guy, but sometimes he let his ego do some wierd stuff.

@truth2btold66 I don't recall him saying that Tilahun was just a man in a wheel chair. He is just memorializing the man as he remembered him; I also find your comment about the girl quite disrepectful considering it was Tilahun Gessese's daughter, as you also will have known if you paid attention to what Teddy said.
