@IVIrIVIajic11 The more cars that are available as birthday gifts in that year, the lower the probability you'll get the Ford Mk IV. I know people that spent ages trying to get it, and others that got it first try. It's all luck. Good luck with it.

Only way to get it is to hand over 20,000,000Cr, trade with someone or do the birthday glitch exploit (Google it). Hope this helps! (And yeah, I agree, 20,000,000 is way too much).
