Actually the mouth of Sauron is of the "black Numenoreans" and is very clearly described as a mortal man who joined the service of Mordor when Barad-dur was rebuilt making him about Aragorns age (80-90). it's possible he extends his life with magic but no mortal has ever achieved immortality save through the nine rings of the Nazgul or by being half-elven and choosing immortality such as earendil.
