Obama may finish a close second to Reagan on that title. Three years into Reagans presidency unemployment was higher than ever during Carter's. Reagan lied about Marijuana,(gateway drug) and most likely about the Iran Contra after while being soft on terrorism after the Lebanon attack. You are free to voluntarily pay a higher rate than others, but you've no right to impose such a scheme on others. As far as your one day being rich under a progressive income tax, good luck, because unless you receive a special favor or privilege from government, you're going to need it!
